français | 中文 | español | Русский interpretation will be provided.
This special one-hour session will outline ICANN approach to translation, covering current work, plans for the future, and important lessons learned.
Most importantly, we want to hear from you – the community – about your views and any ideas you may have to make communication work better across languages.
The session will have live interpretation in Chinese, English, French, Spanish and Russian and we encourage everyone to express themselves in whichever of those languages they feel most comfortable.
Sebastien Bachollet – who has been a keen advocate of improved multi-lingual communication and a follower of ICANN for many years – will be acting as the moderator for part of the meeting. Sebastien speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.
Feedback from the community is vital to the success of our translation efforts. We need to hear your views on what we're doing well, and what we could do better. So we urge you to communicate with us and with each other so we can all work together on making ICANN multi-lingual.
All members of the community interested in how we communicate across languages and how we can improve those communications through translation as well as interpretation.
